The Business Visa is granted to a foreign national who wants to visit India to establish an industrial/business venture or to explore possibilities to set up such venture and wants to purchase/sell industrial products in India. The applicant should be a person of assured financial standing and with expertise in the field of the intended business.

Applicants may apply at: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in and complete the application online after carefully going through the instructions listed on the web page.
Take a print out of the duly filled online form and submit a signed copy.
Passport (with minimum 6 months validity and two blank pages) and photocopy.
NRC/Residency Permit (original and photocopy).
Yellow fever certificate (original and photocopy).
Two recent Passport size photographs (see ‘Photograph Guidelines’).
Invitation letter from the relevant Indian company and recommendation letter from the Zambian company (original and photocopy).
Air booking for onward and return journey (original and photocopy).
