RE-ISSUE OF INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT (ISSUED IN INDIA)

Eligibility: Holder of International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in India and valid domestic Indian driving license

Miscellaneous Services Form (which can be downloaded from the High Commission’s website: www.hcizambia.gov.in). Forms are also available at the High Commission.

Documents required:

Print-out of duly-filled completed online application for re-issue of IDP on website www.parivahan.gov.in

Miscellaneous services form duly-filled.

Passport (original and photocopy - first two pages, last page and first entry into Zambia).

NRC/Residency Permit (original and photocopy).

Two recent passport size photographs (see ‘photograph guidelines’).

Fees: (to be paid in cash)        ZMK 270/-
